Honeycomb

Our honeycomb comes straight out of the  hive during the early part of the spring season.  It has the same floral, citrus, herb notes that our honey has at this time of year. We sell it by the ounce with approximate corresponding sizes for you to choose.

What to do with honeycomb:

• Eat is by itself, an experience unlike any other. It is perfectly fine to eat the wax and perfectly fine to spit it out.

• Spread onto crusty toast or muffin

• Create a beautiful presentation on a plater with cheeses, fruits, crackers, and small bread pieces.

• Add small pieces to vanilla ice cream or plain yogurt

• Place a thin slice on top of waffles or pancakes.

• Drop a chunk in your hot tea or in hot milk with a dash of cinnamon for a cold winter's warm-you-up concoction.

• Add it to grilled sandwiches.

• Toss small pieces into your favorite salad.
